Returns and Refunds Policy

Refund Policy

For any return and refund request, you have 14 days after receipt of the items.

Send us an email to the following address: maxime.japansama@gmail.com or contact us in the site chat, with your order number, and reason for your return request. We will then inform you upon receipt of the necessary steps

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, you must send it by post to the postal address below:

Except for defective products, return costs will be at your expense.

Items that cannot be returned or refunded:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that has been delivered for more than 14 days.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maxime.japansama@gmail.com or contact us in the website chat

Defective items will be collected and replaced at our expense.
